Returns & Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at lavishcollectiveinfo@gmail.com.

When returning an item, please ensure it:

  • Includes the original invoice or proof of purchase
  • Is in its original packaging
  • Is in original condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed)
  • Has all original tags attached

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received.

Important Information

  • The 30-day return period begins from the date your order is delivered.
  • Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete shipping details are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in these cases.
  • Delivery charges are refundable only for faulty or damaged items.

Return to Sender / Refused Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to collect
  • Incorrect address provided

A refund will be issued minus a $20 return-to-sender fee per consignment.
